At Renner Online, we accept both overseas
as well as local orders. For local order, we normally do cash on delievery.
Delievery in Singapore is free for orders above S$250.00. Order below S$250.00,
a delievery charge of S$25.00 is payable upon delievery. Please allow us 2-3days
for delievery of your order upon confirmation.
For international order, we will require
you to wire transfer / International Bankdraft payment in advance. We will quote
you a few shipping charges for your consideration. We have accounts with all
major courier services and are able to give you good rates.
Once you are satisfied with all information you and process to made payment
in advance. Shipping is immediate upon receipt of payment advice from bank.
All prices are in Singapore Currency and
are inclusive of GST. Prices are final and non-negotiable.
Our US rates are US$1.00 to S$1.70

7-Days Exchange Policy |
This policy is
to safeguard you as an internet customers who do not have the ability to
have the actual feel of the item which you are buying and to avoid you from
purchasing items which falls below your expectation. We want you to get the right instrument for your own use and preference, therefore we allow a no question Exchange to be done within 7 days. Within 7 days if you are unhappy ahout your purchase online. You can drop us an e-mail and bring the unit along with all the original accesories intact for an exchange at our physical shop in Peace Centre. You can chose to exchange of something higher value by just topping up the differece. However we regret for not giving any refunds if you chose something of lower value. If you need refund, please see below. *Not valid for books unless manufactuer's fault. This is to prevent piracy issues. |
14-Days Refund Policy |
This policy will
apply if we cannot reach a agreeable conclusion upon dispute. We will try
our best to avoid this option as it would both be equally bad for both us
and the customer. If the customer insisted on having a refund, except on cases where fault lies in us, we will gladly accept the refund but the item must be in original state with all original accessories. We will not accept damaged units or incomplete ones. We charge a non-negotiable re-stocking fee to cover our adminstrative loss of 15% of the purchase value.
