We do have mail order services for any order but postage is payable and payment
must be made in advance. Please read the following guidelines on purchasing
books online.
Guidelines for Purchasing Books Online
- Cash on Delievery Services are available
only for Account Holders of S$200 per receipt and above.
- Inital Purchase of New Account Holders
is S$250.00 on books per receipt.
- Cash on Delivery Services for Books
for non-account holders are a minimum of S$250.00.
- Premium Account Holders will have
credit terms of 30 days subjected to billing on the 1st day of every month.
Payment must be made within 14days or account will be suspended.
- Account Holders must make regular
purchase of at least $200 per month on books or discount rates will be revised.
- Request for Free Delievery for purchase
below S$200(account) and $250(non-account) will not be entertained and Delievery
will cost $25.00
- We recommend Mail Order for orders
below S$250.00. We have account with Singapore Post to bring you Islandwide
Parcel Express Delievery at premium rates. With 3-hour and 1 days courier
services.
- Premium Account Holders with average
expenditure of S$1000 per month will enjoy our express service with Singapore
Post. We will ship out your urgent small order after confimation with special
postal rates and billed to your credit terms.
Delievery Service is 3 hours/1day with Express Courier.
Renner Online Policy for Books
We
do not publish our prices due to the fact of upholding the price integrity in
Singapore.
Our selling prices are below the recommended retail price established by respective
overseas publisher.
All our music book prices are one of the best and most compeitive ones in Singapore.
Unlike other retailers who marked up the price and give bigger discount, we prefer
to mark down prices.
So if you have done your homework you will know who have better prices.
We will give you our quotation once you have selected what you need in your shopping
cart.
We do not entertain request for price list or price quotation.
